shipping & ordering information

We ship the first Monday of each month, May through October. Please avoid holidays that fall on Monday.

Most orders are delivered by Priority Mail. Do not be surprised to find recycled bags and boxes. It results in a better value for your plant dollar and helps the Earth.

Shipping Charges:

15 % East of Mississippi River
20 % West of Mississippi River
$30.00 minimum order
Maryland Residents add 5 % sales tax

Please include the entire payment with your order, remembering shipping and 5% sales tax for Maryland residents.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, as well as checks and money orders payable to the Azalea Patch.

Prices are effective through 2005.

If overpayment occurs, it will be refunded with your order.

Orders are filled in the order in which they are received. Some plants are in short supply. We will do our best to fill each order, but if you wish to make certain, order early!

We do not send order acknowledgements. If you should need one, we can make an exception upon request.

Plants become the property of the customer upon delivery by the carrier.

If a problem arises in transit, please notify us within 5 days.
